The Housing Specialist II/III processes eligibility applications, verifies participant status, prepares documents, and ensures compliance with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations. The ideal candidate will understand housing program functions such as eligibility, leasing, re-certifications, portability, rent adjustments, and terminations. Strong analytical, organizational, and data interpretation skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and in compliance with regulations. Experience with housing programs, especially Project-Based Voucher (PBV) or related HUD programs, is highly preferred. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
