Summary
We are seeking a proactive Regional Real Estate Administrator for the Central NY region, based out of the Clark Energy Center in Marcy, NY, to foster and maintain positive relationships with landowners in their assigned region. This role involves leading all permitting processes associated with NYPA fee and easement areas, supporting new project initiatives, and serving as the Real Estate liaison to both internal and external stakeholders, including utility companies and municipal zoning and planning departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills, the ability to manage Real Estate activities independently, and experience in appraisal review, surveys, GIS, contract negotiation, and Eminent Domain procedures. Effective communication and the ability to represent NYPA courteously and persuasively are essential for success in this position.#LI-CJ1 Responsibilities

The New York Power Authority is committed to providing fair, competitive, and market-informed compensation. The estimated salary range for this position is: $102,000-$127,000. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidates' relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
