Responsibilities:




  • Prepare quarterly and annual US (federal & state) and international tax provisions, including ASC 740 disclosures.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for tax provision audits.
  • Oversee preparation and review of federal, state, and international income tax filings.
  • Manage return calendar, extensions, and estimated payments.
  • Support R&D credit calculations with external advisors.
  • Resolve tax notices and close audits.
  • Maintain tax compliance processes and documentation for SOX 404.
  • Conduct tax research and monitor legislative changes.



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation; CPA and/or MST strongly preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a multi-state corporate or public accounting environment with SEC exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of ASC 740, including stock-based compensation and uncertain tax positions.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with LongView is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Extensive experience in year-end provisions
