Systems Engineering Support Specialist

Acara Solutions seeks a Systems Engineering Support Specialist for our client in Pittsfield, MA.

• As a Systems Engineering Support Specialist on the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) program, you'll be part of a cross-functional engineering team delivering hardware, software, and systems solutions.
• Test & Integration Engineering: hardware/software validation, verification, and performance testing.
• Requirements Engineering: documenting, analyzing, and managing system requirements.
• Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): system modeling, simulations, and design analysis.
• Hardware-Systems Engineering: design, integration, and troubleshooting of hardware systems.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with at least 4 years of experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in systems engineering.

• Master's Degree with at least 2 years of experience.
• Clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards.
• Clear understanding of requirements management and system modeling tools.
• Creative thinker with the ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity.
