Position Title: Quality Control
Wage: $13.50-$16.50 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00AM - 4:30PM (Monday - Thursday), 7:00AM - 11:00AM (Friday) Join a global leader in fragrance diffusion technology. This innovative manufacturer in Mason City, IA has over 25 years of experience and holds multiple utility patents. From a 74,000 sq. ft. solar-powered facility in Iowa, the team designs and produces eco-conscious scent solutions for homes, vehicles, and commercial spaces. With a focus on quality, sustainability, and cutting-edge design, they deliver immersive sensory experiences to clients worldwide. Quality Control Responsibilities: - Learn and understand the quality standards for all products - Perform hourly audits on products - Record and report any defects to the appropriate personnel - Remove any products that do not meet quality standards - Place any non-conforming products on hold - Recommend different strategies or tools to help improve quality - Ensure quality procedures are being properly followed Quality Control Requirements: - Candidates *MUST HAVE* a proven track record of several years of solid work history.
