Operations Manager

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee the daily operations of our roll-off dumpster rental business, ensuring efficient scheduling, dispatching, and completion of jobs.
  • Manage communication with customers, vendors, drivers, and support staff to ensure top-notch service.
  • Coordinate maintenance of trucks and container inventory to ensure safety and readiness.
  • Handle customer and vendor inquiries, process orders, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Support sales and business development efforts by building customer relationships and
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational activities and provide reports to ownership to drive operational improvements.
  • Support with driving requirements when needed
  • Participate in local associations and community events to foster brand visibility and market growth.
