Job Summary

The Coordinator, Logistics and Investor Relations plays a key role in ensuring seamless operations and providing exceptional service within the Investment Office. This position oversees office logistics, meeting and event coordination, travel management, calendar scheduling, and investor-facing activities. The ideal candidate combines operational precision with a polished, service-oriented approach, anticipating needs and ensuring that both internal external stakeholders have a positive experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Arrange domestic and international travel for team members, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.

  • Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for visitors, including investors, partners, and other guests.
  • Prepare and reconcile travel and meeting-related expense reports accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare comprehensive travel itineraries and manage all related documentation, including visas.
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure alignment and timely updates.
  • Coordinate hospitality for meetings and events, including catering, room setup, and post-event follow-up.
  • Track travel and meeting budgets to support financial oversight and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience in administrative, operations, hospitality, or investor support roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with travel booking and expense reporting systems.
  • Professional, flexible, and service-oriented demeanor with a high attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with NU Financials and Key Travel.
  • Familiarity with university administrative or operational procedures.
Target hiring range for this position will be between $60,000-$70,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
