National Leasing Specialist Level 1, Level 2 The National Leasing Specialist position is an exciting entry-level opportunity to learn the ins and outs of Hillpointe's leasing operations and our dedication to providing exceptional service to prospective residents. This is not your typical leasing role-you'll engage with potential residents across multiple channels with the goal of converting inquiries into scheduled tours or providing engaging virtual tour experiences. In addition to phone conversations, you'll connect with prospects through live chat, text messaging, and other communication platforms, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience throughout their leasing journey.
