Position Title:Director of Loan Operations Business Unit:Operations Reports to:Executive Director of Enterprise Banking Operations Position Overview: The Leader is responsible for all aspects of loan operations across a complex and diversified loan portfolio. This includes syndicated, agency, commercial & industrial, capital markets, international, consumer, auto, home equity, and unsecured credit products. The leader will be responsible for end-to-end operational performance, ensuring operations meets all performance benchmarks, including KPI, KRI, Efficiency Ratio, Service Level Agreements, and Quality Assurance, through the development of a scalable process to support the bank's strategic growth objectives. Primary Responsibilities: Strategic Planning - Define and lead the strategic vision for Commercial & Consumer Loan Operations in alignment with FNB's Strategic Plan. The strategic vision must leverage actionable emerging opportunities and technology to drive scalability, safety, and soundness. Transformation & Modernization - Drive transformation initiatives that directly impact KPI, KRI, CX, Efficiency Ratio, and other key metrics associated with all aspects of Commercial & Consumer Loan Operations leading to a direct tangible net benefit to FNB. Structuring & Pre-Close Execution Development - Lead the development of a cross functional Structuring Desk from the ground up to support complex commercial packages. Ensure accurate execution, documentation, and servicing of structured products including letters of credit, revolving lines, SWAPs, and multi-facility arrangements. Data, Analytics & Reporting - Leveraging cross functional teams, develop performance metrics that drive actionable intelligence for internal departments as we all as the overall productivity of the end-to-end lending process. Client & Stakeholder Experience - Partner with Executive Leadership and Line of Business Leadership to ensure all client and stakeholder experiences meet the overall objectives of the bank while fostering a culture of accountability, transparency and teamwork. Risk, Compliance & Controls - Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory bodies, including OCC, Federal Reserve, CFPB, SEC, FHLB, and FDIC. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
