What this job involves

The Data Analyst will provide essential data entry and support functions for the Critical Facilities Management Information System (CFIMS) and ServiceNow platforms, serving JLL licensed users. This role ensures data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations by managing change control processes, incident reporting, maintenance schedules, vendor relations, and site information maintenance within the specified region.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Provide accurate and timely data entry support for CFIMS and ServiceNow systems, ensuring critical facility data integrity
  • Assist field teams in creating, editing, and submitting change requests while maintaining compliance with change management protocols
  • Evaluate, edit, and transfer data between CFIMS and ServiceNow within specified timeframes to achieve 100% accuracy
  • Create and update incident reports in CFIMS to meet submission timeline service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Develop master schedules with onsite engineering staff and distribute to vendors with frequent work reminders
  • Audit and maintain comprehensive site information including positions, responders, classifications, and asset data
  • Support Engineering Managers in updating and closing problem tickets in ServiceNow to meet restoration and closeout SLAs

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of critical facility management processes and data management principles
  • Excellent attention to detail with demonstrated ability to maintain high data accuracy standards
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate successfully with vendors, field teams, and various stakeholders
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and consistently meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with capacity to resolve complex data-related issues

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with CFIMS and ServiceNow platforms or similar facility management systems
  • Familiarity with incident reporting and problem ticket management processes
  • Knowledge of change control and change management protocols in critical facility environments
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements for facility management operations
  • Experience working with maintenance schedules and vendor coordination
  • Basic knowledge of audit processes and documentation requirements

Estimated compensation for this position:

70,000.00 - 80,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
