Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$37.72 - $49.03 / hour

Join one of Floridas leading not-for-profit health systems as a Technical Analyst, where youll play a key role in connecting people, processes, and technology to improve care delivery. The Technical Analyst partners with business units across the organization to identify technology needs, design effective solutions, and guide stakeholders on system functionality, costs, benefits, and implementation strategies. This role ensures that technology deployments, system enhancements, and integrations are executed seamlesslyadvancing Lee Healths mission to deliver exceptional patient care and community impact.

• Partner with business units to gather requirements and deliver tailored technology solutions that enhance efficiency and outcomes.

• Serve as a Campus Technical Resource, supporting infrastructure and operations across multiple facilities.

• Provide technical coordination for new construction and renovation projects, ensuring timely and effective technology implementation.

• Support Practice Acquisitions, integrating new practices into existing technology frameworks and maintaining system alignment.

• Advise stakeholders on functionality, cost-benefit analysis, and implementation planning for new and existing solutions.

• Deliver solution-based enhancements, manage testing and deployment, and provide go-live support.

• Participate in cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and digital transformation goals.

• Strong technical background with proven problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration across diverse teams.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.

• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions.

• Demonstrated commitment to customer service, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Education:Bachelors degree required. May accept 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.

Experience:Strong technical background required. 1 year of IS hardware/network project management experience preferred.
