About this opportunity Ericsson Inc. seeks an Engineer - Services RF in Plano, TX and various unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S., who will serve to develop and test network telecommunications engineering technologies in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. What you will do: Perform integration, certification, and implementation of 4G LTE/5G technology into customers' lab facilities and first market application(s), demonstration of new functionality, and SW/HW capabilities. Perform proof of concept with customers for pre-commercial products and next generation Radio access technology equipment. Support Ericsson NPI project, involving integration, configuration, features and functionalities, troubleshooting, inconsistences, and testing on roadmap portfolio Ericsson for BBU (baseband units), and Radios on different technologies/bands operation. Resolve technical issues and serve as point of contact towards the Customer Project Manager (CPM), customer, and PDU throughout the project. Participate in lab testing, working closely with CPM and customer to define the scope of work, resource plan, timeline, Test Object List (TOL), and risk assessment. Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical problems in existing networks. Prepare and present reports for customer acceptance of Feature Testing and act as liaison between customer and Ericsson. You will bring: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 5 years of experience working with cellular in the telecommunications industry. 5 years of experience in: 3 years of experience in: *Integration, configuration, testing, and validation of NSA NR (Non-Standalone New Radio), SA NR (Standalone New Radio), Carrier aggregation, 4G/5G High Band, Mid-Band, and Low Band technologies, network architecture, and call flows; #LI-DNI Why join Ericsson? Your Pay The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including,but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-relatedknowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. The salary range for this position is Washington, New York, and New Jersey: $ 141,336- $189,000 California: $ 141,336- $207,000 All other US locations: $141,336- $175,200 Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonuspayouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certaineligibility and pro-ration rules apply. Employees also have theoption to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan. Your Time Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided aminimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick timeannually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee'sstart date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternityleave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
