POSITION SUMMARY: The Transfer Center Nurse is responsible for coordinating patient admissions and transfers between Boston Medical Center Health System facilities. This role ensures a smooth, efficient, and safe transition of patients by acting as a liaison among patients, healthcare providers, and receiving facilities. The position requires strong clinical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Compensation Range: $43.03- $62.50This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
