What this job involves: The Sr. Program Manager will oversee and direct a team of Maintenance Building and Equipment Engineering Associates in transforming Government Client maintenance operations into strategic, efficient, and effective functions. This leadership role involves managing comprehensive facility assessment programs, coordinating strategic improvements across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with Government Client maintenance protocols, and driving measurable improvements in facility condition scores while reducing equipment downtime across assigned regions.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Team Leadership of 50 people

  • Strategic assessment Oversight for compliance and standards

  • Program Coordination and Planning through client coordination and management of escalations

  • Cross-Functional Leadership within JLL and Client

  • Performance Management and Reporting

  • Quality assurance and Compliance

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities preferred) OR 15+ years of direct maintenance leadership experience

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 7-10 years in supervisory or management roles within building/equipment maintenance

  • Government Experience: Prior experience working with government agencies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated Leadership and Management Skills

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills

  • Ability to travel 60-70%

  • Ability to walk large facilities including climbing ladders up to to 30 ft.

  • Security and compliance as a US citizen

  • This leadership role offers the opportunity to drive transformational change in critical infrastructure operations while developing a high-performing team of technical professionals.

Location: Remote with Travel up to 70%

Estimated compensation for this position:

120,000.00 - 140,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
