Converting Press Operator *Shift: 2nd, (3pm-1:30am)* *Pay: $20-$25/hr (based on experience)* Job Summary: We are seeking a mechanically inclined Converting Press Operator with experience running manufacturing equipment such as rewinders, slitters, or spoolers. This role operates a Delta press to produce high-quality medical and non-medical converted products in an FDA-regulated environment Job Description: Operate Delta press using touchscreen controls Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, measurements, and job tickets Set up rotary dies and finishing equipment Adjust speed, tension, alignment, gear ratios, and re-registration Splice roll materials and laminate multiple materials and adhesives Perform in-process inspections to meet strict quality standards Remove waste and finished rolls from press Complete job documentation and enter time/materials in system Maintain clean and organized press area Perform daily preventative maintenance and report additional needs Follow all safety rules and procedures
