Shift: Job Description: The Senior People Experience Partner (PXP) is a hybrid role. This individual is a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, aligning HR programs and initiatives with business objectives. Supporting the Commercial, IT, and Finance organizations, this role is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, and continuous improvement-while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.
