The Director, 340B Solutionswill play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact consulting services across our Pharmacy Solutions division. You'll collaborate with senior and divisional leadership, subject matter experts, and client stakeholders to drive innovative 340B initiatives. You'll lead consulting engagements, oversee regulatory compliance, and ensure operational excellence through on-site assessments, data-driven analysis, and actionable reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Influence strategyand execution across a dynamic portfolio of healthcare clients
  • Deliver expert guidanceon 340B program optimization, compliance, and performance
  • Own project outcomes, including regulatory oversight, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy
  • Holds a Pharmacistlicense in good standing ordirect pharmacy operations oversight experience in a 340B covered entity
  • 5+ years of recent hospital pharmacy leadership experience with 340B(both operational and oversight)
  • Experience analyzing 340B operations and practices and making recommendations for improvements
  • Experience with 340B regulatory compliancefor hospitals, contract pharmacies, FQHC, and other 340B eligible locations
  • Experience with 340B split billing software, Third Party Administrator software and experience with at least one electronic medical record system
  • Expert knowledge of state andfederal pharmacy laws and regulations related to 340B and associated billing practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to pass a company Motor vehicle (MVR) background check

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
