Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Working knowledge of systems development lifecycle and IT operations.
  • Configuration knowledge of relevant applications/modules/platforms.
  • Ability to use business knowledge, sound judgment, and resourcefulness to design and deploy highly reliable and sustainable technology solutions.
  • Applies knowledge of business principles and technology practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional activities.
  • Simphony experience - Oracle application.
  • 2+ years SQL skills.
  • Proficient with Excel and all Microsoft products.
  • Basic networking skills.
  • Retail experience - back end & Front of house (if possible).
  • Possible experience at Starbuck as a barista or retail specialist.
  • Ability to document processes. Jira/ Confluence experience.
  • Communication tools - Microsoft Teams, Slack.
  • ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Jira.


Top Candidate Skills:


  • Retail experience as a barista or in a helpdesk role supporting stores.
  • Simphony experience - Oracle application.
  • Basic networking skills.
