Your Opportunity:
Taylor Corporation is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy, and supporting warehouse and production activities.

Your Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily shipping operations using internal systems as well as UPS, FedEx, Freight, and Courier platforms
* Accurately receive incoming deliveries and reconcile items with packing slips and manifests
* Maintain shipping and receiving records, ensuring documents are accurate and up to date
* Assist with inventory tracking, damage reporting, and promptly resolve discrepancies
* Help coordinate and oversee team packing activity, ensuring items are securely and correctly prepared for shipment
* Prepare custom packaging as needed to ensure safe transit of products
* Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and shipping carriers regarding logistics and timelines
* Keep shipping areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards
* Support other warehouse and production floor functions as needed

Your Shift:
* First Shift

You Must Have:
* * 3-4 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
* Ability to read and interpret shipping manifests, packing lists, and work orders
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as part of daily duties
* Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
* Willingness to train and certify on forklift

We Would Also Prefer:
* Training or certification in logistics
* English/Spanish bilingual skills

Requirements Within This Position:
* Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
* Regularly required to remain in a stationary position for periods of time
* Frequently required to move inside the facility to coordinate with team members
* Constantly operates material handling equipment and warehouse tools
* Regularly move up to 50 pounds (lift, push, pull, and/or carry)

Pay Transparency:
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $32- $36. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
