Overview

In this role, you will provide support to procurement teams by performing key procurement activities such as subcontractor coordination, documentation management, data entry.

Job Responsibilities:

    Oversee subcontractor prequalification, ensuring all required documentation is complete and up to date
  • Draft addendums and subcontracts, utilizing Procore templates and pulling over relevant attachments
  • Manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), including coordinating signatures with legal and uploading completed agreements to Building Connected

  • Organize procurement-related events, including team-building activities and seasonal events

  • Upload project documents, including drawings and Statements of Work, to Building Connected

  • Maintain communication with subcontractors to ensure timely responses and coordination

  • Other duties as assigned

Education & Years of Experience:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years' experience as defined below, including at least one-year experience

  • Good communication skills including verbal, written and interpersonal skills are essential for this position
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Construction procurement experience preferred

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
