ABX REGIONAL MGR (LAX)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensure a high level of aircraft dispatch reliability
* Optimize cost-effectiveness in maintenance processes
* Ensure the integrity of ABX systems and operational procedures
* Liaise between any contract maintenance entity and other departments within ABX AIR
* Develop and maintain sound personnel and labor relations and employee safety awareness.
* Perform other duties assigned by the Director of Line Maintenance.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* This role manages and oversees the line maintenance operations in their region to ensure efficiency
* Monitors and assesses service provider performance for quality and reliability
* Coordinates with required maintenance control to ensure completion of maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair of company aircraft.
* Responsible for the oversight of personnel/contract maintenance regarding accomplishing work packages and work orders assigned by Maintenance Control.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10 years' experience in aircraft maintenance
* 5 years of supervisory experience in aircraft maintenance
* A&P License
* Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
* Travel as directed
* Must be proficient with MXI
* Must be able to travel up to 70%

PREFERRED SKILLS:
* 767 Gen Fam
* 5 years line maintenance experience
* Strong understanding of ABX maintenance processes, procedures and policies
