The ideal candidate will be a key member of the (STEPN) Software, Technology, Engineering, Product & Networking)organization. We are seeking a highly qualified and experiencedSenior Lead Software Developerto join our fast-paced and innovative team. This leadership role is responsible for guiding the design, development, and deployment of scalable, resilient software solutions within a cloud-native architecture. The position involves providing strategic technical direction across the creation and integration of multiple complex systems, translating business requirements into effective technical designs, and contributing to the evaluation and selection of IT solutions aligned with specific business processes. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. Location Based Pay Ranges: $129,639 - $172,852 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
