Job Description Are you ready to write your next chapter? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our ever-evolving ServiceNow Platform team and help us unleash the potential of every business. What you'll own as the ServiceNow Developer Design, develop, and configure the SecOps applications, modules, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and automation scripts on the ServiceNow platform. Build integrations between ServiceNow SecOps and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other relevant technologies. Provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and maintain the stability and performance of the SecOps modules Work closely with stakeholders, business users, and other IT professionals to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals. Document technical designs, configurations, processes, and solutions to ensure clarity and maintainability. Assist with platform upgrades, patches, and new releases while adhering to ServiceNow best practices and ITIL processes. What you'll bring A bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience 10+ years of experience, preferably 5+ years of development and 5+ years of DevOps Proficiency in JavaScript, understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, and experience with development tools like ServiceNow Developer Studio. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes) and modules such as ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem), ITOM, and HRSD. Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Familiarity with SecOps frameworks and Agile development methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. The pay range for this full-time position is $127,500.00 - $214,200.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
