Bachelor's degree is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

As a successful leader, you'll oversee activities related to shipping/receiving/material control and store functions; may oversee government property activities. You'll develop, implement, and maintain policy, procedures and material control systems along with define/review/test system requirements for enhancements/modifications and coordinate workflow and material movement to meet program and customer delivery requirements. What you bring to the table:
- A Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations
- Strong understanding and ability to track financial/budget data and staffing requirements
- Proficient knowledge of military/commercial requirements/specifications
- Proficient knowledge of capital procurement process
- Anticipates customer requirements and develops actions to support.
- Manages workflow and material movement to meet program and customer delivery requirements.
- Ensures all project timelines are met or exceeded.
- Identifies and solves complex problems.
- Manages area to achieve strategic goals.
- Oversees activities related to shipping/receiving/material control and stores functions.
- Performs analysis of workflow/load balancing and takes appropriate action.
- Trains, develops, and empowers high-performance teams.
- Manages Planning depart activities - hiring, discipline, performance mgmt, & salary planning.
- Oversees Manufacturing Schedule
- Coordinates with DPMO regarding supply chain efforts, ensuring supplier performance & developing strategies to meet customer expectations.
- Reviews & coordinates purchase requisitions, ensuring efficient processing. Coordinates oversight of supplier negotiations with DPMO.

Target salary range: USD $98,891.00/Yr. - USD $107,004.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
