You'll develop, implement, and maintain policy, procedures and material control systems along with define/review/test system requirements for enhancements/modifications and coordinate workflow and material movement to meet program and customer delivery requirements. • Manages Planning depart activities - hiring, discipline, performance mgmt, & salary planning.
• Oversees Manufacturing Schedule
• Coordinates with DPMO regarding supply chain efforts, ensuring supplier performance & developing strategies to meet customer expectations.
• Reviews & coordinates purchase requisitions, ensuring efficient processing. Coordinates oversight of supplier negotiations with DPMO.

• Proven conflict management skills

• Ability to effectively supervise, manage and mentor team members

Target salary range: USD $98,891.00/Yr. - USD $107,004.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
