Essential Job Duties |
This position would assist with all travel requests and expense reports in the Concur travel system. This would include collecting all needed information to fulfill requests, booking lodging and transportation, and reconciling expenses post-travel. In some instances, this would mean acting as a delegate in the Concur system to perform tasks on behalf of faculty and staff, and in others it would be to provide troubleshooting help to those who are entering information on their own. This position would be a frontline department travel approver after becoming familiar with appropriate business purposes and related funding sources. Non-Concur duties may include data entry for other department functions. |
