Asset Administrator I

Oversee the daily and long-term management of the Desktop and Laptop hardware and software assets within the organization. Develop and implement procedures for tracking company computer assets to oversee quality control throughout their lifecycles.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Asset Administrator I: Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Asset Administrator I Responsibilities Include:

  • Follows processes and procedures for tracking and analyzing technical and financial data of company software, hardware, and equipment from acquisition through retirement.

  • Creates and enhance reports for asset and software management for laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT assets.

  • Processes invoices, create POs for purchases, and reconcile billing information to support asset management function.

  • Coordinates and track Fixed Asset locations and tagging of IT fixed assets.

  • Develops business requirements and objective for asset data.

  • Coordinates the flow of data throughout the asset life cycle.

  • Establishes an audit or reconciliation process to ensure date integrity.

  • Ensures compliance against purchasing standards and guidelines.

  • Work requires lifting of 50 lbs.

  • Must hold a valid driver's license to travel in between IT asset locations within Tulsa.

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Asset Administrator I Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

  • Associate's Degree in related field

  • 3 years of inventory management, customer service, invoice/contract review, or mobile device administration experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience in shipping, receiving, and product routing, stocking, or warehousing is a plus.

  • Technical background enabling a major role in tool evaluation, selection, and implementation a plus.

  • Ability to identify IT assets such as workstations, printers, servers, routers, and laptops.

  • Ability to utilize asset tracking software to store and maintain asset information and locations.

  • Ability to create and understand internal policies, processes, organizational structure and business goals.

  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
