We are currently seeking We are currently seeking a Data Management Analyst, Senior to support our Patuxent River, MD customer in PMA-261. The Analyst will be a member of the CM/DM Team and will support the daily activities of the Program Office. Collects, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft and product programs. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, and data management. The PMA-261 DM Analyst is responsible for the Data Management for the H-53 Heavy Lift Helicopter Program. The DM is to ensure only essential data and property rights are acquired. The DM works closely with the various IPT functional experts to ensure the requirements are clear, concise, justified, and properly specified in the contract. The DM is responsible for the following tasks: Ensuring programmatic data/deliverables are maintained and accessible throughout the life cycle; Providing DM support between the Program Office and Contractor; Providing DM training/support to all IPTs as required (i.e., Acquisition Management System) ensuring IPT's are kept aware of NAVAIR DM and NAVAIR Procurement Acquisition Policy and Procedure changes; Reviewing Acquisition Data for accuracy and completeness (i.e., SOWs, RFPs, and CDRLs) as they may relate to DM prior to all Pre-Procurement Planning Conferences (Pre-PPCs) (Government Only Strategy Meeting), Joint Procurement Planning Conference (JPPCs) and DRRBs; Obtaining approval on CDRLs from the appropriate Approval Authority (AA); Maintain CDRL database on NAVAIR's Acquisition Management System (AMS); Controlling access to CDRL database; Archiving CDRL packages; and other duties as assigned. Duties: * Responsible for stakeholder data requirement coordination. * Drafts and updates CDRL DD-1423s. * Coordinates reviews for approval. * Reviews deliverables for initial contractual compliance check, including correct DFARS marking requirements for all data delivered to PMA-261. * Collects reviewer comments and provides adjudication. * Monitors and tracks deliverables for delinquencies. * Reports deliverable status during bi-weekly meetings. * Supports PMA-261 Data Manager in other tasking as required. Required Education: MA/MS degree Allowable substitution: Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree. OR Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. OR Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. Required Experience: Over Ten (10) years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description, with at least 3 of those years demonstrating experience in planning and executing data management using the 5010.12 Acquisition and Management of Contractor-Prepared Data. Desired Experience: At least Three (3) year of experience in the NAVAIR data management process. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $86,190.40 to $129,285.60 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
