Job Number: R0226024 Content Marketing & Defense Technology Lead The Opportunity: Are you passionate about helping organizations reach growth goals through integrated marketing campaigns? The Global Defense Sector marketing team is looking for candidates to lead tech-focused content development, working as an integrated project manager and content expert to define, implement, and oversee content initiatives to advance brand awareness, elevate thought leadership, and generate engagement and demand from external clients and influencers. In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders, Corporate Affairs partners, and colleagues across strategy and employee engagement teams to deliver multifaceted strategic marketing content.This position is located in the Washington, D.C. metro area. You Have: 10+ years of experience managing projects and delivering against content marketing pipelines, including tracking deadlines, content development stages, and approval processes 5+ years of experience managing employees, vendors, and contractors in the creative field, including writers and editorial services, graphic designers, and multimedia developers 5+ years of experience with content development within the defense technology or startup industry Experience leading the development and execution of messaging, visual identity, articles, product marketing toolkits, and event marketing assets Experience collaborating across teams, working with or within complex organizations with multiple stakeholders, and building relationships of influence with different groups and senior leaders Experience in a fast-paced and high-visibility role Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience with business to government (B2G) marketing, specifically to the U.S. defense community Experience with end-of-funnel marketing for the public sector, including product marketing and capture support Ability to pay strict attention to detail Possession of excellent relationship building, leadership, communication, and collaboration skills Possession of excellent organization and time management skills Compensation At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
