Non-CDL Driver

Staffmark Drivers is seeking new talent in Park City, KS, to join our team as a Non-CDL Driver. Start your long-term driving career with weekly pay, hotel stays, and dinner coverage on overnight routes!

Pay & Schedule:

• $19-$21/hour, weekly pay
• Monday - Friday (training may include alternate shifts for local and overnight routes)

Job Details:

• Routes: Long-distance deliveries to West, North, and occasionally East Kansas, plus local and nearby routes
• Touch freight | Hauling box trucks
• Unload product using pallet jacks and dollies and accommodate customer requests (e.g., placing shipments inside buildings)
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Vehicle Type: Box truck
• Team Fit: Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well with our tight-knit driver team

Job Duties:

• Perform required vehicle safety inspections before, during, and after dispatch
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and report any maintenance issues
• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
• Read and interpret shipping orders and exception forms
• Deliver shipments on schedule and provide excellent customer service

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and DOT Medical Card
• At least 1 year of driving and delivery experience
• No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents within 3 years
• Acceptable MVR and ability to pass pre-employment screening(s)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow all safety procedures
• Presentable and professional appearance

Additional Information:

• Out-of-town routes include hotel stays (paid) and dinner coverage
• Initial weeks focus on local deliveries, gradually transitioning to longer routes
• Permanent routes may require overnight stays up to 2 nights per week
• Long-term, touch-freight role with opportunities for consistent routes and growth
