Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing leadership to administrative staff. Ensures efficient workflow, proper resource allocation, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Essential Functions
Supervises and manages administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
-Coordinates office activities, schedules, and meetings to ensure efficient operations.
-Develops and implements administrative procedures to improve productivity and streamline processes.
-Ensures compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
-Maintains office supplies and ensures the proper functioning of office equipment.
-Assists in preparing reports, documentation, and presentations as needed.
-Liaises with other departments to facilitate communication and coordinate cross-functional activities.
-Supports the department head with special projects, meeting agendas, and administrative tasks.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration required or Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required

Licenses and Credentials

Experience
Experience in office administration 3-5 years required and Experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting 1-2 years preferred
