I/ATM Operations Analyst I (0884)

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of reconciliation across Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) and Automated Teller Machine (ATM) networks. This role serves as a liaison between vendors, internal teams and the department. Ensures seamless operations, accurate reporting, and timely issue resolution. Evaluate, research and decision making for providing provisional credit to members based on the reconciliation and balancing of the terminals.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:Associates Degree in Business or Finance-or-Two (2) years of similar or related experience

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:One (1) year of Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) and ATM operations and/or balancing (NCR/Hyosung). Vendor management experience, preferred.
