I/ATM Operations Specialist I (0789)

Monitors I/ATM system and supports I/ATM system administration. Assists and supports area personnel and promotes a team environment. Position involves interaction with third party vendors as well as internal and external members. Assists with Disaster Recovery, business continuity, testing and training as applicable. Monitors ATM system and supports ATM system administration. Provides professional service at all levels of operation which includes providing technical support for assigned systems and applications. Competently perform data entry functions to include running ad hoc processes on peripheral systems correlating to all FLFCU owned or branded I/ATMs. Keeps management well informed of area activities and maintains all related records, logs, and equipment.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:Associates Degree in Information Technology or related field-or-Two (2) years of similar or related experience.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:One (1) year of I/ATM system & administration; interaction with third party vendors as well as internal and external members
