We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Endress+Hauser Flow in Greenwood, IN. This role plays a key part in ensuring the consistent and timely supply of materials to support our operations and customer needs.

As a Supply Chain Planner, you'll work closely with our Supply Planning Manager and collaborate across departments to ensure materials are available when and where they're needed. This position sits within our Supply Chain function and supports our Greenwood, IN location.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

  • Ensure consistent and adequate supply of materials from global intercompany locations and local external vendors
  • Determine required materials using planning tools and convert planned orders into purchase requisitions
  • Create, update, or cancel purchase requisitions and purchase orders as needed
  • Monitor open purchase orders and take follow-up actions in case of deviations
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Process external service orders and material returns
  • Support additional duties and tasks as assigned

What do we expect from you?

You:

  • Are highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Can work independently and make sound decisions with good judgment
  • Have strong analytical skills and can draw relevant conclusions from data
  • Communicate professionally and positively, both verbally and in writing
  • Can manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Understand MRP and supply chain processes; experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus
  • Have intermediate computer skills (MS Office)
  • Hold a bachelor's degree or have 3+ years of related experience
