SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Project Manager will play a critical role in driving execution and enablement of organizational change management initiatives across assigned business segments. This position is responsible for leading change management efforts, ensuring alignment between project execution and enterprise goals, and fostering adoption of new processes and tools. The Senior Project Manager will design and implement integrated portfolio management frameworks including templates, processes, and organizational workflows to enhance cross-functional collaboration, optimize resource utilization, and support strategic decision-making.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
1.Drive integrated portfolio management operations by creating defined framework and tools to ensure work is completed, deadlines are met, and work aligns with overall strategic direction. This role will guide and coach cross-function teams on business workflows based on strategic objectives, and monitoring completion to ensure successful delivery and measurable business outcomes.
2.Design and implement scalable templates, processes, procedures, and work organization methods that support strategic alignment and optimize resources, efficiencies, and effectiveness of core teams to drive adoption
3.Assess change impact by conducting impact analysis, assessing change readiness, and stakeholder management within the organization.
4.Coach and support core team members through organizational transformation and change management by deploying strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes. Anticipate resistance or change fatigue by collaborating with impacted employees to understand perspective and equipping individuals with strategies for change adoption.
5.Serve as liaison between business segment directors, core team members, and other key stakeholders to ensure and communicate enterprise expectations, identify timeline changes, ensure deliverables, and review all task and project work to ensure consistency and standardization for work.
6.Analyze performance and resource utilization data to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency gains, and improved ROI.
7.Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support enterprise PMO goals.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
*Ten years of experience in portfolio management, technical project management, or commercial project management preferably within the medical device, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
*Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) preferred
*Proven track record of managing multiple key projects with organizational impact.
*Knowledge and proven experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
*Proficiency in project portfolio management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
*Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills to guide in ambiguous situations.
*Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams.
*Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex strategies in a competitive, highly regulated environment.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
*Collaborative mindset capable of influencing cross-functional teams with positive mindset and behavior.
*Customer-focused with a strong understanding of the medical device value chain.
*Exceptional organizational skills to effectively impact and manage project work.
*Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives, including the development or integration of agentic AI workflows to enhance operational efficiency, decision-making, or user experience.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT/TRAVEL DEMANDS:
The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (as in typical office or administrative work). Travel demands for this position are estimated up to 10%. If travel is required, this travel may include customer visits, events/trade shows, and completion of presentations primarily throughout Domestic US or International regions. Employees must comply with all travel recommendations regarding "safe travel" according to company policies and guidelines, and all federal, state, local, and international orders.

**PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS:

Light work exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 5 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 5 pounds of force constantly to move objects. This also includes standing for up to two and a half hours consecutively, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, reaching, stooping, fingering, and grasping. Expressing and receiving detailed information through written and oral communication. Also has an ability to make sound, appropriate, and prompt decisions within the guidelines of the role.
