Position Summary The Research Specialist - Board Certified Behavior Analyst will contribute to the operation and development of a university-based Applied Behavior Analysis clinic serving children with autism and other developmental disabilities that serves as a research, training, and clinical center. The position contributes to the design, delivery, interpretation, and improvement of research protocols and methods. Duties & Responsibilities Minimum Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in related field Experience in applied r research, program evaluation, or data driven service Knowledge of Relational Frame Theory or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy based theories Skills in software for data collection of behavioral interventions, Basic skills in Institutional Review Board, research fidelity, and data collection storage Track record in communicating with individuals with disabilities and their families.
