Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, position scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with core hours between the hours of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work in Madison, WI with locations at University Hospital, 1 South Park and East Madison Hospital.

We are seeking a Clinical Manager/RN Clinic Manager - Urology to:

  • Collaborate with our team of highly trained urologists and advanced practice providers.
  • Lead the day-to-day clinical operations and coordination of patient care services in our three Urology Clinics.
  • Direct and evaluate the department's workforce, in terms of staff scheduling and performance.
  • Prepare operating budgets, including volume projections, expenses and revenue estimates.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare management, business, or related health field Required
  • Master's Degree in Nursing, healthcare management, business, or related health field Preferred
Work Experience
  • Two (2) years of health care operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience. An equivalent and relevant combination of Master's level education, fellowship, or experience may be considered in lieu of total experience Required
  • 5 years of progressive, relevant supervisory/management experience.
    Previous clinic/healthcare management experience Preferred

Licenses/Certification

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations Preferred
