4-1-Force - 2026 Season

The Milwaukee Brewers 4-1-Force is made of entertainers that represent our diverse community and have a passion for bringing energy, excitement, and team spirit to every Brewers game. The boundless enthusiasm of our 4-1-Force is an integral part of the fan experience at American Family Field, directly impacting the enjoyment of all guests at the ballpark through dancing, t-shirt tosses and engaging with fans inside and outside of American Family Field.

The 4-1-Force will also represent the Brewers in our community, supporting experiences throughout Milwaukee at local festivals, events, and mascot appearances.

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

Perform as an integral part of the Milwaukee Brewers Entertainment team at all "A" & certain "B"- Home Milwaukee Brewers Games (See attached for "A & B" game schedule)
• Entertain and interact with fans at Brewers games, helping to create an overall fun atmosphere
• Showcase a positive, upbeat attitude and outgoing personality while representing the Brewers
• Lead rally, pitching change, and pitching closer moments that engage thousands of fans on the dugout and throughout the ballpark
• Perform choreographed routines on the dugout at home games and off-site events
• Interact with fans in the tailgate parking lots and during pregame entrance
• Brainstorm and execute new forms of in-game entertainment, including skits, dances, fan interaction and improvisation to enhance the fan experience at American Family Field
• Assist with the execution of in-game promotions and contests
• Represent the Club while creating a fun atmosphere at public, private and community events
• Act as an ambassador of the Brewers organization, ensuring a positive representation of the Club

Qualifications for this role are as follows:

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
• Candidates must have reliable transportation and live in Milwaukee area year-round
• Candidates must work 50% of home A games a month during the regular season (including weekdays and weekends) and all postseason games, if necessary
• Candidates must work 50% of outside events and organizational events during 2025,such as street team events, mascot appearances, watch parties, and large-scale events (including weekdays and weekends)
• As an ambassador of the Brewers, candidates must demonstrate the ability to be professional, follow instructions, and communicate effectively with management, employees and fans.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-attendance environment with the ability to problem solve in the moment
• Demonstrated ability to be welcoming, outgoing, energetic, and display a positive attitude with fans
• Candidates should be innovative and bring on-going creativity to enhance the overall gameday atmosphere
• General baseball knowledge preferred
• Cheerleading, stunt, and all dance style experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to learn, retain, and execute multiple pieces of choreography in a short period of time
• Valid Driver's license and MBBC satisfactory driving record are required for any driving responsibilities

Work Hours

Hours vary according to the game and event schedule. Must be available for 60 Milwaukee Brewers home games and 20 offsite entertainment events during the regular season (including weekdays and weekends). Must be available to arrive up to two and a half hours prior to game time.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus
