Join Macquarie Asset Management in the Client Solutions Group as a Campaign Marketing Manager, working in the high performing and collaborative team that delivers integrated campaigns and growth marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, digital engagement and business outcomes. As a key member of team, you will be responsible for supporting the global management of 'omni-channel, go to market initiatives across all marketing channels for the Wealth audience.

What role will you play?

In this role, you'll collaborate with specialist teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels, including advertising, digital experiences, content, email marketing, social media, webcasts, podcasts, and videos. You will run always-on activity, deliver strategic initiatives, and leverage data and analytics to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement actionable optimizations to drive measurable results. With a focus on creativity and collaboration, you'll also manage external vendor relationships (advertising, publishers and creative agencies) and central teams, ensure alignment with brand standards, and directly manage or mentor junior team members to deliver industry-leading marketing experiences.
Salary range for this position: $90,000 - $140,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. What you offer

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising, plus 5+ years of related work experience managing projects and marketing campaigns within a corporate marketing department or direct and digital agency.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and a track record of working closely with sales and business development teams to achieve measurable results.
  • Ability to function as a leader and subject-matter expert on marketing strategies and tactics and possess a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, and an ability to inspire confidence of senior stakeholders.
  • Dynamic, forward-thinking, creative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and the ability to perform strategically
  • Experience in the financial services industry, asset management, private markets or B2B preferred and with relevant platforms workflow/project management software including JIRA, or other.
