How You'll Make an ImpactThe Enterprise Project Manager (EPM) is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of enterprise-wide projects at Dudek. The role involves managing multiple projects supporting the business services of Dudek, including Finance, Marketing, Project Delivery, Human Resources, Legal, Information Technology (IT), and Employee Health & Safety (EHS), ensuring the projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The EPM provides strong leadership to ensure that projects align with enterprise standards and organizational goals, as well as deliver measurable results. By employing disciplined project management practices, the EPM collaborates closely with team members across various departments to facilitate effective communication, optimize resource allocation, and proactively manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. This role will also be responsible for mentoring employees with limited experience in project management, but who will be managing smaller, more limited project scopes and need guidance on enterprise project management standards. This position plays a key role in advancing Dudek's operational excellence initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to prioritize and manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise projects that support business objectives and operational efficiency.

  • Lead the development of an enterprise integrated master schedule, ensuring alignment with business goals, enterprise architecture, and company standards.

  • Oversee the management of project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resourcing, ensuring clear documentation and consensus from all key stakeholders.

  • Enhance project governance standards, risk management strategies, and performance metrics for enterprise initiatives.

Organizational Leadership

  • Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a high-performance culture.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leaders translating business objectives and requirements into project scope and providing ongoing portfolio status updates

  • Mentor and coach project team members on project management best practices, stakeholder management, and organizational change management strategies.

  • Ensure effective knowledge transfer and documentation to support solution sustainability and user adoption.

Project Management Leadership

  • Manage multiple concurrent enterprise projects from initiation through closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Drive all project activities, including leading concept of operations (CONOPS) development, business requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and user training.

  • Lead Request for Proposal (RFP) design, development, documentation, and selection process for professional services partners

  • Lead Statement of Work (SOW) design and documentation

  • Onboard and integrate professional services team(s)

  • Lead basis of estimate (BOE) development and associated projections

  • Define and manage schedule, deliverables, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource loaded networks (RLN)

  • Review and analyze time charging and progress in alignment with WBS and RLN

  • Schedule and lead team meetings and coordinating project leads

  • Manage project lifecycle, driving key decision conclusion, and mitigating key risks

  • Oversee conclusion of deliverables and outcomes

  • Generating and documenting recurring project status updates

  • Resolve project issues, remove roadblocks, and escalate risks as needed to ensure successful project execution.

  • Enforce quality assurance processes and facilitate lessons learned to support continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.

  • Work closely with business leaders to manage change effectively, ensuring user readiness and stakeholder engagement.

Technical

  • Apply strong working knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise technology implementations to guide project teams and inform strategic decisions.

  • Leverage Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, Planner, and Project for the Web, for collaboration, scheduling, document management, and progress tracking.

  • Facilitate adherence of technical solutions to meet enterprise architecture standards and integrate effectively with enterprise data management architecture.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Within-budget, within-scope, and within-schedule delivery of enterprise projects

  • Effective communication and satisfaction

  • Success rate of adoption and value realization post-implementation

  • Consistent adherence to project management methodology and risk mitigation practices

Minimum Qualifications
  • PMP certification required

  • 10+ years of enterprise project management experience, with a strong track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional enterprise projects

  • Demonstrated success leading ERP, HCM/HRIS, and enterprise business system implementations

  • Experience developing requests for proposal (RFP's), statements of work (SOW), and working with 3rd party vendors to design, implement, and deploy enterprise solutions

  • Proven experience working with senior leaders and stakeholders across company departments, including Business Development, Contracts, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, and IT

  • Proficient in project management tools and collaboration platforms, especially Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Project for the Web)

  • Experienced in scope and requirements management, budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation in a portfolio/project context

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams

  • Skilled at simplifying complexity and communicating technical and business concepts clearly

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Analytical and strategic thinker with a proactive problem-solving mindset

  • Strong organizational, facilitation, and decision-making skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field required

Compensation: 140K - 160K
  • *Final agreed-upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, an individual's related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location. Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check prior to beginning employment.
