Job Title: Agile Delivery Coach, Senior Manager

Salesforce is at the forefront of innovation, and as AI redefines how we build and deliver, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Agile Coach to work with >50 software and hardware teams. You will be instrumental in driving agile transformation across all levels, from executive leadership to individual developers. This is more than a coaching role; it's an opportunity to be a catalyst in shaping the future of delivery at Salesforce, leveraging the power of AI to accelerate our capabilities.

Your Impact - Responsibilities:

  • Champion AI-First Strategy: Drive the adoption of an AI-first strategy by orchestrating a new, AI-powered delivery lifecycle and enabling AI-powered product and software development.

  • Optimize Delivery with AI: Work hands-on with teams to integrate AI and agents into their daily operations and delivery. Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement by providing guidance and guardrails for new AI tools and agents.

  • Turn Data into Outcomes: Leverage data to ensure AI initiatives deliver real business value. Build systems to continuously track delivery and apply data analytics to optimize workflows and inform decisions.

  • Problem Solver & Change Agent: Act as a proactive problem-solver and change agent. Proactively identify and remove obstacles, using AI tools to detect early warning signs. Lead teams through major transitions and transformations.

  • Bias for Action: Take ownership and deliver measurable results. Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and a methodical approach to identifying problems and implementing high-quality, safe solutions.

  • Influence and communicate: Cultivate strong relationships and influence across all levels (executive to engineer) to build buy-in and foster a culture of experimentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience

  • 10+ years in Technical Product Management (or equivalent) with direct experience in product, developer platforms, internal tools, or DevOps products.

  • 10+ years of experience in leadership roles delivering large-scale, high-impact digital products.

  • Professional experience as a product manager or software engineer.

  • Professional experience as an Agile Coach, preferably within a large technology organization with a mix of software and hardware engineering teams.

  • Proven success in driving adoption of developer tooling through advocacy, training, and cultural change.

  • AI/ML: Experience and current knowledge with AI frameworks, MLOps practices, and cloud AI platforms. Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), agent-based frameworks, and prompt engineering.

  • Adept at system thinking by approaching problems by understanding the interdependencies of work or process components.

  • Formal understanding of organizational design, both historical and cutting edge.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications e.g.: PSM, CSPO, PMP, SAFe RTE
