DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will serve as the Facilities and Records Retention Coordinator and provide guidance to OIM staff on facility-related purchases and tasks, as well as record retention and disposal. You will also be the liaison to the Division of Facilities and Property Management (DFPM). This will involve collaborating to prepare space allocations, site evaluations, and participating in pre-construction meetings. You will also travel with DFPM team to review OIM sites, document site visits, and maintain punch-lists. Some of your duties will include monitoring procurement and contract management tasks, preparing solicitations for goods and services, and resolving invoice processing issues. - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- This position requires you to travel.
- Telework: Depending on operational needs, you may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to three (3) days per week, as well as any additional times specified by management. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of experience as a Management Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Two years of experience in technical management analysis work, and a bachelor's degree; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
