Manage indirect tax compliance including primary data gathering, workpaper preparation, coordinating with external resources to prepare, review and file Sales and Use Tax returns and Personal Property Tax returns.
Prepare monthly Use Tax accruals for the North American region
Conduct tax research for various customer projects including written summaries
Key partner on the tax planning process and the development of innovative strategies
Oversee tax notices and tax examinations
YOUR TALENT
2+ years of continuous experience in federal and state tax consulting and compliance experience in public accounting or applicable industry experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with a master's degree in Business or Taxation preferred
Experience with a national accounting/consulting firm
Experience with Sales and Use Tax and Property tax planning, compliance, and consulting
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
CPA or EA qualifications is beneficial
