JOB SUMMARY Under general direction from the Transformative Workforce Academy (TWA) Program Director, the Employment Specialist is responsible for vocational and case management services for justice-involved jobseekers. This role requires regular travel to and entering the St. Louis County Justice Center as well as work with local Probation and Parole officers. The Employment Specialist will work in collaboration with the TWA team and external community partners to ensure the best possible employment outcomes for TWA jobseekers. This is a full-time position that requires a mix of in-person and remote work. This position is being funded by a grant and/or designated source and therefore continuation in the position is contingent upon funding availability. Salary/Benefits: Salary starting at $46,720 + (salarycommensuratewith experience) plus benefits including vacation and sick leave, health/dental/vision/life insurance, 403B retirement savings plan and match, college tuition remission, employee assistance program, and wellness program.
