Job Description

The Partner Enablement & Activation Strategy position is an important role that bridges strategy and execution within the Revenue Enablement organization. You will guide a high-performing team with a focus on empowering partner competencies to grow revenue and ensuring the seamless orchestration and activation of enablement initiatives internally and with partners. You will collaborate across functions, leading with empathy and vision, and executing programs that encourages both internal customer-facing roles and external partners to succeed in a dynamic, fast-evolving marketplace. You will report to the Director, Revenue Enablement and have a hybrid schedule working in Milwaukee, WI or any one of Rockwell Automation's business locations. Your Responsibilities:
  • Partner Enablement Strategy: Design and deploy scalable competency and support frameworks that empower partner organizations to help accelerate revenue growth, in partnership with global and regional Market Access leaders as well as other functions that influence partner enablement plans
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with market access, global portfolio engineering, marketing and business units to synthesize priorities for partners and curate relevant enablement materials
  • Enablement Activation Strategy: Develop, implement, and continually refine comprehensive activation strategies and repeatable motions across Enablement that equip the broader team to operate more effectively and efficiently as we bring initiatives to the field and to partners
  • Partner Competency Management: Establish and monitor KPIs for partner enablement programs, analyze outcomes to continually drive improvements and measure ROI
  • Change Management: Champion new processes, tools, and technologies, supporting the organization through periods of transformation and growth.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales leadership, partner management, or a related discipline
  • Experience leading diverse teams in a matrixed, regional, or multinational environment
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement enablement frameworks that accomplish measurable outcomes
  • Experience with regional market dynamics and partner ecosystems
  • Experience with modern enablement and learning technologies, CRM platforms, and analytics tools
  • Collaboration: Adept at building consensus and fostering cross-functional teamwork in a multicultural environment.
  • Customer Centricity: Deep understanding of the sales process, partner go-to-market models, and customer journey.
  • Analytical Rigor: Data-driven with a strong grasp of KPIs, ROI, and operational metrics.
  • Innovative Mindset: Constantly seeking new approaches, technologies, and solutions to accelerate sales and partner success.
