We are seeking an Installation Manager with experience in retail construction, carpentry, or fixture installation to oversee decor and fixture projects for major retail clients. This role is primarily based in Brooksville, FL, but requires regular travel to project sites across Florida and surrounding states.

  Supervise and support local installation crews on-site.

  Act as the primary client representative during installations.

  
  
• 
  

  Participate in punch walks and provide detailed progress updates.

  
  
• 
  

  Assist hands-on with installation when needed.

  
  
• 
  

  Inspect shipments and ensure compliance with project requirements.

  
  
• *NB* This position will be travelling, on the road, 90% of the time

When your expertise drives us:

  Background in construction, carpentry, retail fixtures, or related trades.

  
  
• 
  

  Experience leading or supervising installation or construction teams.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to travel frequently (mostly in Florida, with some projects in NC, TN, GA).
