ResponsibilitiesLead and enable services virtual account teams to bring customer visions to life-through consultative selling, active listening, and disciplined MCEM stage progression-by providing plays, assets, and deal coaching . Increase Unified Support (including Unified Mission Critical) penetration by aligning internal stakeholders on clear attach targets, launching targeted sales plays, and inspecting attach rates across the OU to drive intentional, programmatic selling. Enable field and partner teams to identify, shape, and progress Industry Cloud, Security Services, and missioncritical solutions-coinnovating with partners and Microsoft teams-and equipping pursuits with value cases, competitive positioning, and compliant (Fed/DIB) solution guidance. Own services billed revenue and CCV targets for the OU by running a rigorous operating rhythm (pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, winrate, attach) and driving execution through enablement programs, sales plays, and deal support. Leverage digital channels and insights (events, webinars, customer signals, and targeted cadences) to uncover, nurture, and mature new opportunities at scale, providing repeatable prospecting motions and content for the field. Collaborate across customer and partner networks using a One Microsoft approach-standardizing processes, methodologies, and governance-and capturing best practices that can be replicated across Federal and DIB. Work closely with ATU, STU, and CSU to spot opportunities, align solutions, and boost customer value throughout MCEM sales stages by leading deal reviews, stage interventions, and coordinating handoffs from pre-sales to delivery for faster revenue realization.
