DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Prepare and distribute invoices for assigned billing cycles to customers
*Organize, produce, and finalize invoices for all special and sophisticated accounts.
*Analyze and resolve issues with internal and external customers.
*Create weekly accounts receivable reports and update payment status information related to past due accounts.
*Process credits/refunds to customers as necessary.
*Reconcile Wires, credit cards, cash and check payments
*Online decisioning for unidentified payments.
*Contact customers as needed.

*Maintain daily deposit log

*Assist in month-end and year-end close.

*Additional duties as assigned

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

*Must be detailed oriented and well organized.
*Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
*High School Diploma or GED required.
