Director of Membership

Location: Remote

We're seeking a Director of Membership to spearhead strategic expansion, inspire high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional revenue results. This is a high-impact role for a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn strategy into action.

AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is part of Global Medical Response (GMR) - the largest medical transportation company in the world. AMCN delivers compassionate, quality medical care, primarily in the areas of emergency and patient relocation services in the United States. We offer unique membership programs including emergent air, Fly-U-Home and ground ambulance.

Responsibilities:

As Divisional Director, you'll be the driving force behind your division's success-responsible for exceeding revenue targets, developing market strategies, and cultivating a culture of excellence across your teams.

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Collaborate with senior national leadership to shape and execute a winning membership sales strategy.
  • Revenue Ownership: Lead your division to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Team Development & Coaching: Manage and mentor Area Directors and Membership Sales Managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new B2B channels across both emergent and established markets.
  • Talent Strategy: Recruit, onboard, and develop top-tier sales leaders; build bench strength for future growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Own full P&L responsibility for your division, ensuring financial health and strategic alignment.
  • Training & Enablement: Design and deliver impactful field training programs via LMS; lead New Employee Orientation (NEO).
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong partnerships with key stakeholders across your territory to elevate brand presence and drive engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma required; College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Sales/ Leadership Expertise: Proven success in a senior sales leadership role (3+ years preferred). Experience managing multi-site or regional teams with full revenue accountability.
  • Travel Requirements: Comfortable with travel as required (including air travel and long-distance driving)
