This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.Blue Origin's Inclusion team is newly chartered to embed belonging into every part of our employee experience and site culture. We are seeking a Principal, Inclusion & Community Strategy leader to serve as the Director of Inclusive People Systems' senior operator, shaping how culture, connection, and inclusion come to life across all sites. This is an enterprise role with high autonomy and direct influence on senior leaders, business unit executives, and site leads. In this role, you will architect and execute strategies that unify site cultures, advance inclusion as a business driver, and strengthen connection for both current and newly relocated employees. You will own the evolution of our Business Resource Group (BRG) program, launch a new enterprise-wide community integration capability, and serve as a trusted advisor to executives on cultural integration and belonging. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Rocket Park, FL (preferred) or Seattle, WA. Relocation provided. There is up to 30% travel required to Blue Origin sites and community partners across the U.S. Responsibilities: Enterprise BRG & Belonging (40%):
