Job Summary Information
This (up to 14 hours/week) position provides support to educational program delivery for educators affiliated with Sawyer County Extension, including the 4-H Educator. This position serves as first point of contact for individuals and groups providing basic organizational information via phone, in person, and through other communication mediums, including website maintenance. This position will process invoices, payment of vouchers, bills and verify all accounting records in accordance with county policies and procedures. The person hired will review invoices and submit to Area Director for approval of payment. Collaboration with local colleagues to promote a positive office environment and share resources is a must! This position will prepare various communication mediums on behalf of educators. It will also distribute communication to appropriate parties including 4-H online events and managing membership/volunteers at the direction of the educator. It will assist in organizing workshops, program materials, and events. It will assist with the coordination of logistics (registration, communications, other details) for 4-H events and other programs. This position also serves as a resource to manage and maintain 4-H enrollment information, update calendars, distribute communication to appropriate parties and manage membership/volunteers at the direction of the educator. The main office for this position is located in Hayward, WI and the primary programming focus is Sawyer County. In Person
It is anticipated this position requires work be performed in-person, onsite, at the Sawyer County Government Center. There may be some opportunity for limited hours of remote work.
